      Rated 1 out of 5�by Buy another brand According to the instructions with this product, you need a carrier to cover the laminating pouches. No carrier came with the laminating pouches. I've searched the website and can't even find one to purchase. As a result the laminating pouches , despite being on a very low heat setting, continue to melt in the machine and jam it. I've taken it apart 3 times to attempt to fix. This is a very poor product, poor value. March 18, 2015

After working several hours, I discovered that there was no carrier in the package which my laminator requires. After laminating various items for 15+ years, this is the first one that I've seen where there was no carrier available. May 18, 2014
